How do Hotel Credits work?

Once you purchase Hotel Credits, you will receive an automatic email with instructions on how to book directly with the hotel when you are ready. Bookings will most often be made via email but in some cases, you'll be able to book online with a code that automatically applies your Credits. Like a gift card, Hotel Credits are applied to your total bill.

Can I use my Hotel Credits for something other than room nights?

Consult the hotel’s page on our website but in most cases, yes, you can use your Credits throughout the hotel — including at the bar, restaurant, spa and retail shop. Bear in mind, some hotels don’t manage all of their on-property facilities so there may be some exceptions.

Can I buy more than one Hotel Credit for the same hotel?

Yes, you can buy as many as you wish.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, there are no extra fees or hidden costs. You simply pay the discounted value for your Credits and spend them when you are ready.

Are Hotel Credits refundable?

Unfortunately, they are not refundable.

Do Hotel Credits expire?

Yes, but we offer long-term expiration dates of up to two years. We know flexibility is paramount at a time like this. Please check the terms and conditions of each offer to confirm the exact expiration date.  

Can I carry over unused Credits? 

Credits must be redeemed against one hotel booking, however, most hotels allow the credits to be spent on-property so you can often use them in the bar, restaurant, spa and retail shop. Onsite spend parameters vary by hotel so please check the terms and conditions.  

Can I transfer my Hotel Credits?

Yes, you can transfer Credits to anyone. They are a great gift! The recipient will just need the unique order number from your confirmation email. Credits are not transferable from one hotel to another, however.

What if the hotel closes before I redeem my Credits?

We will provide a full refund in the event that the hotel closes prior to redeeming your Credits as long as it’s before the expiration date. So, there's no risk. Please check the terms and conditions of each offer to confirm the exact expiration date.

We have a long-established history with independent hotels and we have a contract with each and every one on our platform. We stand by them and as we pass on your funds to them, they guarantee that they will honor their offers. But in the rare event that they don’t, please contact us and tell us what’s happening for a full refund.
